DAナンの魂を捉えたミシュランセレクトの一杯「1A」ミーカンからスタート。 豚肉、エビ、ハーブ、カリッとしたせんべいをトッピングしたターメリック色の麺が楽しめます。
次に、米粉パンケーキとレモングラスの豚串を自分で巻き、伝説のピーナッツソースに浸してパチパチ食べるバインセオ＋ネムロイ「バーズオン」へ。 MICHELIN-Selectedのもう一つのお気に入り。
最後は、トロピカルフルーツとココナッツミルクがたっぷり入ったドリアンのアイコニックな甘いスープ「Chè Sầu Liên」で締めくくりましょう。 (ドリアンフリーオプションあり)

Pretty disappointing tour. I received a WhatsApp reminder the day before the tour with the meeting point and start time that I had booked. Then several more messages on the morning of the tour, then a phone call in the afternoon. It felt like they were checking if they could take the day off, even though I’d already paid so they should be ready to go even if I don’t reply. About 90 minutes before the tour, the guide told me she would be 30 minutes late - no worries. The meeting point was a park, but no specific spot in the park. She asked me to send my exact location, then when I did, she told me I needed to come to her, but then she had already left that location! Then she came back… and didn’t introduce herself, or the tour. So a few concerns before we’d even started. There was no mention in the itinerary that transport was on the back of a scooter. I take Grab bikes fairly often but she was a dangerous driver - especially for a tall passenger. But scooter seems like the wrong choice anyway, since I couldn’t hear anything she said because she was facing the other direction and we were in heavy traffic. The itinerary promised ‘learning the stories, ingredients, and dining traditions behind every dish’ but actually just covered the bare minimum, like the names of the dishes and a couple of ingredients. The food was good, though!
Absolutely incredible experience with Michelin Street Food Tour! Our local guide Bee was wonderful; so friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease from the start. She took me to places I never would have found myself, down little back streets where we got to try authentic local food that I’d honestly have been too nervous to try otherwise. Every stop felt like a hidden gem! The pho was absolutely delicious—fresh, rich, and full of flavour—and Bee encouraged me to be adventurous, which led to trying durian for the first time! Definitely a memorable experience 😄 If you want real, authentic street food and a guide who makes it fun, safe, and unforgettable, I highly recommend this tour. Thank you Bee!
Very good food tasting experience in Da Nang with our guide Dat. Very tasty food in all 3 places. Great to taste more local food and see how the locals eat and drink.
