We do ask everyone to respect the return times at each stop, and we understand how frustrating it is when that doesn’t happen. Thank you for your feedback, and we’re glad Jared was friendly and knowledgeable. We understand some guests may need more time at the stops, especially when there is a longer walk to a memorial. Unfortunately, the White House area can sometimes be closed without notice by the Secret Service, which is outside of our control. The WWII and Vietnam Veterans Memorials are listed on our published itinerary as pass-by sights, not scheduled stops. During our 2-hour tour, we stop at several major monuments and pass by others so we can show guests as much of DC as possible. We also understand your comments about the price. We wish the costs of operating a sightseeing business in Washington, DC were lower so we could offer even lower prices. We always try to provide the best value possible while keeping our tours small, safe, and well guided. We appreciate you joining us and sharing your feedback.
