Tour was okay. The guide was knowledgeable but disappointed we did not make it to the Fords theater timely. The guide shared he had an injury in an auto accident. I felt that slowed him down some, but he was nice, and knowledgeable as I said.
Hello and thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to hear that you found your guide friendly, knowledgeable, and enjoyed the historical information shared throughout your Washington, DC experience. We would, however, like to politely clarify for future readers that this tour does not include an interior visit to Ford's Theatre, and this is clearly outlined in the tour itinerary and inclusions. The experience is designed as a guided exploration of Washington, DC’s most important landmarks, with expert storytelling and historical context provided throughout. It appears there may have been some confusion regarding the specific tour booked and what was included. We always encourage guests to carefully review the itinerary details before booking to ensure they select the experience that best matches what they are hoping to see. We appreciate your kind comments about your guide and are delighted that his knowledge and professionalism helped make your tour enjoyable. Warm regards, LetzGo City Tours
