Our experience exceeded all expectations. We recommend the trip (Tigre delta) but we particularly recommend Delta Natural Tours. We were met promptly at the yacht club by Eduardo and Maggie. Communication pre-tour was excellent. The weather was very unpredictable the day of our tour and options were clearly discussed and, imo, incredibly helpful. The boat was in great shape, it was just the 2 of us (with captain Eduardo and his daughter Maggie) and Eduardo is an EXCELLENT Captain and navigator, we felt we were in extraordinarily capable hands. The tour navigated the Delta for approximately 2 hours and then we arrived at Eduardo’s home, which has a small cafe attached and had a great meal with several other patrons, all of whom were in what we have come to understand, the warmth and sincerity of the Argentinian porteños. We returned to port after the meal and said our goodbyes to a wonderful crew and a wonderful day. Highly recommended.

We had the most wonderful adventure, so great chatting to our hosts and learning about their family, local community, and seeing the real Tigre. They were so open and generous with their time and efforts. I was extra spoiled with the most beautifully presented and delicious vegan and gluten free lunch, so much effort went in to doing something extra special and fresh and flavourful (most similar experiences i have done around the world required me to bring and pack my own lunch so i was not expecting to be spoiled like this at all!), we could have spent days just hanging out on their terrace watching the water and world go by, it was so relaxing and pretty. Exceeded all expectations by far and hoping to return back someday and stay in their rental house in the back. This is a real experience with a lot of heart behind it.

This was a unique, interesting and amazing experience to have a private boat tour with a local to the area. We were also able to go down some narrower parts of the river as it was a smaller boat. We finished the boat ride with a delicious home cooked meal on the deck over looking the river at their home on the river. Very real and not at all touristy. LOVED IT :)

The trip was very organised, I received a whatsapp message shortly after booking. Maggie was very helpful with directions, etc. Trip trip was great Maggie and her father providing a personalised tour of the delta for the 3 of us. We enjoyed a relaxed 3 course lunch at the family restaurant right on the water. The food was amazing. The whole tour exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend it.

Eduardo and his family were wonderful guides and hosts! From ensuring they had the right size lifejackets for our two young children to accommodating our son’s food allergy, this tour exceeded our expectations in all ways. Eduardo shared highlights of the delta. He is knowledgeable and warm. His wife is welcoming and a wonderful cook. We enjoyed our lunch and felt welcome at their home. It was just enough time on the boat and at their home to enjoy and relax. We highly recommend this tour and would go again on a future visit.

Excellent, Maggie & Eduardo were superb. An expertise didn’t expect but pleasantly surprised. Food served at Eduardo’s house was also excellent!

My husband and I appreciated the opportunity to experience a different part of Buenos Aires. It took us close to an hour by Uber from our hotel in Palmero to get to the dock and then we entered a different world. Our guide is an architect by day so we had interesting conversations about the architecture of the houses on the Tigre Delta. His friend joined us who was very entertaining and training to be a sommelier. We had a delicious, leisurely lunch with wonderful wine sitting outside at his house on the water with their affectionate dogs and cat. A wonderful way to spend the day. Most memorable.

Such a great experience! You see a very unique part of the world, let alone Argentina. Eduardo knows the area extremely well, and points out the history of everything. Of course, the highlight is visiting his and Lore's home/restaurant which was incredible! Great food, fascinating story, and the vibes are amazing. HIGHLY recommend.
