A wonderful experience of preparing the Sardinian pasta dish from scratch. Damiano explained and demonstrated the process so we could all create the correct pasta. We then shared the dish, along with wine and nibbles. There was friendly casual conversation within the group which made for an enjoyable time. I highly recommend this as a Sardinian event to remember.

We had a fantastic time learning how to make Culurgiones with Damiano! We were part of a class of 8 which was a nice size group, everyone got along well and we were served wine, cheese, crackers and olives whilst making our pasta. The whole session was very relaxed and Damianos passion for Sardinian food was clear. He seemed to genuinely enjoy teaching everyone and discussing some of the many dishes and produce Sardinia has. A brilliant class that I would love to do again!

Cooking with Damiano and Rici was more than we expected and hoped for. It was so hospitable and friendly atmosphere with people from different countries. We can recommend this experience to everyone❤️

It was amazing! Damiano has been doing this for 7 years in his apartment and makes sure to know your food preferences or intolerance before the class to make sure everyone is at ease. Damiano made sure to explain us everything there is to know about the culture and the techniques of culurgiones! He was very enthusiastic about complimenting us when we did good! He made sure the class was very pleasant and enjoyable! The food was so good! We left with our bellies full! Can’t wait to do this at home! He also gave us the rest of the food to enjoy later. The aperitif (cheeses) were an extraordinary quality and he didn’t hesitate to tell us the best spots and activities to do here in Cagliari! Truly amazing, would definitely recommend.

Damiono was a wonderful guide with humor. We made culurgiones, drank wine and learned things about the Sardinian cuisine. I gave this as a birthday gift to my partner, whom thought it was a great experience.

It was a fantastic evening, with 6 colleagues booked. Successful pasta making workshop, we made Culurgiones. Damiano and his sister were very caring and friendly. Had a good explanation on how to make the pasta and had fun entertainment in between. Mega successful workshop and I would definitely recommend it.

Such a fantastic experience. Damiano was a fabulous host and a great teacher as we learned how to make traditional Sardinian culurgiones from scratch. We finished the class by sitting down together to enjoy our creations over lunch and a few glasses of Sardinian wine. Thoroughly recommend this class, a perfect activity while in Cagliari.
