文化的歴史的（壁画）音声ガイド付きオトロバンダツアー

I really enjoyed the cultural historical audio tour of Otrobanda. It was super interesting to learn more about the history and culture of the island as I walked past historic sites. What I especially liked is that I could do the tour at my own pace. No group or guide to follow – just listen quietly and stop where and when I wanted to. I really liked the fact that you also pass all kinds of beautiful wall murals along the way, which really add something to the atmosphere and story of the city. It felt very relaxed and inspiring at the same time. The app was very easy to download and worked fine.

I purchased the audio guide at 8:06am. There was no information provided about how to access the audio guide once purchased. Within 20 minutes, I requested a refund as I did not have any information to access the guide purchased and I was already in the neighborhood where it was to start. One hour and fifteen minutes later, I had a message in TripAdvisor that provided a link to the app that needed to be downloaded. This also had a code to redeem the tour. I input the code but received error messages that code was already used and was unable to access the tour. I responded to the message stating the code did not work but received no reply. My request for a refund was replied to by Viator who simply said “no” but still did not provide me with new information to access the audio guide that was purchased. I emailed them a handful of times and the only response I got was “sorry no refunds”. I even asked for a new code to listen to the guide at a later date and was ignored. As of now, 2 full days later, I still have not received an active code nor access to the guide I purchased. Viator refuses to refund and now stopped responding. I am no longer in Curaçao but would still listen to the guide and pay if provided with the guide that I purchased but as of right now Viator charged me for a guide never provided. I have to open a dispute with my credit card. Do not work with Viator. I should have purchased directly from PocketGuide (the actual tour provider) which was also at cheaper cost. I will not do business with Viator again, especially a tour of any significant money. This one was pretty cheap (still more expensive than direct, which I did not realize until after) but they have been terrible to deal with.

I spent more time trying to get into the system, and it was very confusing so we could not take the tour.

This really was a great experience. Loved the fact you can stop wherever you want. Lots of great information without getting boring. No computer voice. We stopped at nettobar and Mairas kitchen. and then continued the tour again. A definitely MUST DO! The app guides you through Otrobanda and people are really friendly.

I like the concept of a GPS-guided tour, but this one was a bit lacking on the execution. First, it was a little hard to follow the route in the app. It doesn't show your exact location, but highlights the point on the route that is closest to your location. This makes it rather difficult to figure out if you are really on the intended route. The narration and the information given was OK, but not outstanding. There was some good overall info, but that wasn't presented until the last stop. Would have been much more useful up front. The route goes through some rather sketchy neighborhoods, and several of the noted buildings are either in complete disrepair or in the middle of restoration. If you are really a fan of old Dutch architecture, then maybe this would be a good tour for you, but for an overview of the town, it isn't very good.

This one is so cute!! Really worth it.. Just DO it😁 Hugely informative and you get a look at a different kind of Curaçao!

We walked this tour with the 2 of us. It worked really good and it was a great experience. We started at 4.30pm and we were done before it got dark and ofcourse stopped at the Netto bar for a green rum! It was a lot of information and we really liked all the great stories that makes it a personal tour. A job well done and I think it is a great way to experience this part of Willemstad.

I just LOVED this audio tour. For only $7.99 you have loads of information about this great part of Willemstad. You really go back in time. I loved the fact that I did not have to wait for the group to be complete, just put on my headsets and started walking. CORONA proof!! Great voice over. ANd walking to this part of town, I realize how friendly all the people are here on the island. I did feel safe all the way. Loved those old mansions and the stories that come with it. Great experience
