Very bad experience. First of all the hop on and hoff off blue service (specially for tourists) arrived at the Icon Siam pier almost 30 minutes late. I booked a ticket for 06-50 pm , but the boat arrived at 07-20pm. There was so many passengers waiting at the pier. They were jostling to board the ferry after waiting for half an hour. There was no display about status. As the boat arrived late ,I missed last ferry from the Phira Arthit pier for returning to Santhorn pier. When I asked one of the lady crew of the boat alternatives , she behaved very rudely.I have travelled so many countries and travelled by ferries and public transport, but never experienced such horrible behaviour.I wonder how people working in tourism sector can behave so rude. I was very upset with the incident as tourists particularly senior citizen like me don't expect such kind of rude behaviour. I advise tourists not to travel by this ferry in Thailand.

The cruise experience is well worth it. A fast way to travel to Icon Siam and Asiatique. I did find the frequency in the afternoon much more faster than at night. I also wished the staff could be more friendly. Afterall we are visitors to the country. They were often very hurried and rude. Never smiled. A side note to tourists. Pls sit properly on the benches on the top deck. And not sit on the back rest and dirtying the actual seats. I know the objective is a better view but this is inconsiderate for the next seat user.

This hop-on, hop-off boat offers absolutely no commentary as you cruise up and down the river, so don’t expect to learn anything unless you enjoy squinting at the tiny booklet included with your ticket. There aren’t many stops, but it does whisk you past most of the major sights quickly enough. Even in peak season the boat was nowhere near full, which probably means most people had the good sense to take the local boat instead.

I think pigs are treated better by the pier-personel! They ask you every other minute for your ticket ( same person!!) andshout at you if you say he/she could be a little more friendly. And ooh!!!: watch out if they see you’re having alcohol in a plastic bag: they even chase you on the upper deck shouting you’re not allowed to drink on board. Point: they shouted that already three times ( on the peer and at the entrance) and every time I said: clear! Won’t do. My company would have no guests, if me and my personnel would treat our guest like that!

There was no commentary but the booklet that came with the tickets was excellent so we could identify the various sights The round trip lasted around 90 minutes An incredible bargain

Very sufficient and convenient. Is a must to use if you are going to all major attraction along the Chaopraya River.
