Rose Kitchen was truly one of the highlights of my Hanoi trip! I was picked up from the hotel, and he was warm, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable as a solo traveler. A special thank you to Collin, who made the entire experience even more memorable. He was energetic, engaging, and incredibly knowledgeable about Vietnamese culture. His English was excellent, making it easy for everyone to follow along, ask questions, and truly enjoy the class. His passion for sharing Vietnamese cuisine and traditions was evident throughout the experience. I’m definitely rooting for him! The cooking class was well-organized, hands-on, and fun from start to finish. I appreciated learning not only the recipes but also the stories, ingredients, and traditions behind each dish. It was very interactive, and the food we prepared was absolutely delicious. Another thing that made the experience even more special was the wonderful group I was with. I met friendly fellow travelers from Hong Kong and Singapore, and sharing the class with them added so much fun, laughter, and great conversations. It truly felt like cooking and dining with new friends. If you’re visiting Hanoi and want an authentic, enjoyable, and memorable cooking experience, I highly recommend Rose Kitchen. Good and learn a lot of new cooking silk.
I had an amazing experience with Collin in the Honni Cooking Class. Collin made the session feel personal and informative—he explained the culture behind the dishes, guided us through ingredients you might find in a local market, and connected it to the bigger meaning of the food. What I appreciated most was how naturally he highlighted the CSR impact behind the class. It didn’t feel like a “sales pitch,” it felt meaningful and educational. Overall, it was delicious, engaging, and unforgettable. I’d highly recommend this class to anyone who wants more than just a cooking lesson.
