Arrived by cruise ship, Titan Tours was there waiting. The tour of Crystal Caves was neat but the drive to and from with Samuel as the tour guide was excellent. His knowledge of Bermuda and his delivery is what made the trip. Thank you Samuel! We would highly recommend Titan Tours for an excursion if visiting by cruise ship to Bermuda. We had a great time!

We had such a great time visiting the Crystal Caves. It was absolutely breathtaking. Our tour guide Freeman had the best customer service. He was so kind and patient. He was so knowledgeable about the island giving us so much information! Freeman made our excursion well worth it! The staff that greeted us was so friendly and made the transfer to the shuttle so easy. 10/10! Highly recommend Titan Tours!

This tour was just lovely! Great tour of the island with lots of photo opportunities. It was wonderful to arrive at the caves, bypass the long line of people, and walk right in! We booked this tour for our first day in Bermuda, and it was a great way to become familiar with the area (and figure out where we wanted to go for our 2nd day there). Our guide, Samuel, was absolutely fabulous! He was friendly, engaging, and a wealth of knowledge about beautiful Bermuda! The minibus ride took about 75 minutes (each way) to and from the caves. We had about a dozen people in our tour, which was a nice size.

Viator representative was right there to greet us, which was perfect. We travelled in an air-conditioned bus to Crystal Caves, and our driver was excellent. He gave us a running commentary on everything we passed. The caves were a great experience and very interesting. A pity we didn't have more time on the island. Half a day is not long enough.

If you can choose a driver,choose SAMUEL! His knowledge of Bermuda made it a very exciting memorable excursion!

It's about 1.5 hours each way from the Kings Wharf dock, for a tour that's over in less than 30 minutes. Fortunately, we had an excellent driver who made the rides entertaining and informative! The cave itself is worth seeing, but it only takes a few minutes, so adjust your expectations accordingly. This would be better suited for cruises docked at this end of the island, but in that case, make sure the cost is significantly less than the cost from Kings Wharf because most of that cost was for the drive.

This tour was much better than expected because of our driver and guide Samuel. He made the drive to the crystal caves a Bermuda adventure. Great sights and stories. The caves were beautiful but the drive was an added bonus we weren’t expecting. Superb trip, thank you Samuel.

My husband and I had a great time on this tour. Sam was our guide and he was fantastic, funny and full of knowledge. I would definitely recommend this for a great Bermuda experience.

Our guide Winston was awesome! The excursion shows you a lot of the Bermuda island and you learn about the intricacies of Bermuda being a British colony. The caves are amazing but a small portion of the tour. Perfect way to see Bermuda on your first day, then go back to other areas you might be interested in

If you haven't seen caves like this before (like my wife), you'll love it and think it's great. If you've seen caves like this before (like me), you'll be underwhelmed. The space for the caves really isn't all that big. When we walked to the end of the cave, I was like, "That's it?" So it really depends on your level of experience looking at caves like this.
