Excellent option for touring the island

Meeting point was very hard to find but once we located our guide-Reyes was awesome. Clear boat crew, Angel & Joshi(team 12)were fantastic, snorkeling was fun & easy.

Excellent excursion. Glass boat is phenomenal Lunch was yummy but the drive to get there was too long. Unsure why we had to travel such a distance with no great scenery on he way. Driving the buggies was fun in open air. Buggy had a shade covering which was beneficial.

We were excited to use the buggies as seen on the pictures but instead we received a Nissan March that was cutout on each side with a net on top. That configuration seems to be quite common. The car was very old and has seen better days. The island itself was beautiful to travel around on. We got to the meeting point at 840am and start time was supposed to be 9am. I asked how many hours the trip takes and the guide mentioned 5-6 hrs. The vehicle didnt show up until 940am. Our first stop was at some statues where our guide (David) informed us about its history. Next was the clear boat tour. This took about 2-2.5 hrs. It was the most enjoyable part of the tour. It was already 1245 by the time we started heading back to the vehicles to get lunch. At this point, our guide mentioned that we won't be able to finish the entire tour because it will go beyond 5 hours and anything above 5hrs will cost $40 more. He seemed very flustered when he said that because in the beginning he mentioned that the tour would take 5-6 hrs. Nowhere in the package does it says we would have to pay an additional fee for extra hours. I told him we can exclude the chocolate, tequila, and honey tasting. He said fine and guided us to the lunch spot. It was about a 30 min drive. Lunch was enjoyable, especially sitting by the beach. Be prepared to pay extra for anything else besides the fajitas/taco which costs $10+. At this point it was 220pm and we told the guide to return to the port to make our port call by 4pm. For some reason David didnt seem happy because he said we could just swing by the tasting stations since an extra 20-30min extra would not matter, as we already went over the tour's expected timeframe. I kindly rejected the offer and we started heading back. We arrived at the original area by 3pm exactly and then David asked me to fill out a survey on paper. I gave him a tip and then he said how we wanted to pay for the extra hour ... I asked what extra hour. He said we went beyond the tour's expected timeframe of 6 hours and said we went beyond 6.5 hrs ... Well ... someone doesnt know how to do simple math haha 9am start time to 3pm is 6 hrs. He mentioned that the trip would take 5-6hrs and never mentioned anything about extra charges. Also, his cars were late by 40 min ... Anyways, he just stormed off mad and drove away. We could just chuckle at the situation. For anyone booking this trip ... Don't expect to get the buggy in the pictures, dont expect to finish within the 6hr time, and dont forget to pack $40 extra for every hour the guide miscalculated (needs to be cash ... strange)

It was amazing Reyes was an incredible guide and went above and beyond to make our experience unforgettable. I’d definitely book again and recommend to all friends and family.

Very Fun long day. Be aware you are only snorkeling 20 minutes. There is a lot of traveling. Have fun.

The weather was not conducive for the glass boat part of the trip but the driver, Hans, was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout and made this an amazing experience. He was even helping our disabled son in and out of the car and over some of the more uneven terrain as I was assisting my wife. Would highly recommend this trip to anyone. Make sure to ask for Hans for the best experience

Very good tour guide. He was knowledgeable and made sure we were comfortable and had a good time. Loved the buggy car.
