I booked this company twice … one on the way from the airport to the hotel we stayed at which was the Waldorf Astoria and once again from our hotel to the airport. The transfer from the airport went well, we followed the instructions and the driver met us outside with our names on it. However, the transfer back to the airport had many issues. I called the number that was provided by the company the day before and wished for a pick up of noon instead of 1240 because we were afraid of traffic getting there. The man on the other line confirmed. The day of no car showed up. I called multiple times the same number that I called the day before and each time it went to voicemail. I even had our hotel reach out and they also could not get a hold of anyone. I was finally able to message them thru this website and someone responded saying the driver had been in the lobby of our hotel since 1221 which was not the case for us. Turns out they were in a different hotel all along despite the meeting point stating clearly we would be at the Waldorf Astoria. The company stated Viator were the ones responsible for giving them the wrong hotel, however, we did not receive any phone calls at all confirming where we were or if they were at the right location. Our hotel ended up providing a last minute ride for us and although we were thankful, it truly was a very stressful experience. Also, the ride from this company was $98 and the ride from the Waldorf was $75.

Regarding your departure transfer, we sincerely regret the stress this situation caused. After reviewing the reservation, we confirmed that the pickup location provided to us through the booking platform was not the Waldorf Astoria, but a different hotel. Our driver arrived at the hotel listed on the reservation and waited there at the scheduled pickup time. As soon as we were able to establish communication through the booking platform, we investigated the issue and determined that the incorrect hotel information originated from the booking details we had received. Although this was outside of our control, we believe in taking care of our guests. For that reason, we processed a full refund for the unused transfer, even though our driver was present at the location specified in the reservation. We understand how frustrating travel-day issues can be, and we always encourage guests to review their booking confirmation to ensure all details, including the hotel name, are correct before the travel date.
We used this company for arrival and departure from Liberia airport. We needed to change our departure time and coneecting the company through this booking made that very easy. The driver was punctual and the van was clean. The driver did not speak English but this was not a problem. Overall, we were very pleased with the service.

Great experience. The driver was very considered and even preventive checklist to make sure we didn't forget anything important in the hotel. Made the ride very welcoming and confortable. The van was very clean and well maintained.

I cannot recommend this transportation service enough. From start to finish, everything was absolutely wonderful. The driver arrived right on time, exhibiting the utmost professionalism and courtesy throughout the entire journey. The vehicle itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. If you are looking for reliable, high-quality transit, look no further. I will definitely be booking with them again!

Driver was very punctual ,actually arrived a little earlier. Very pleasant person, he explained some of the surrounding areas as he drove to the airport. Showed us some different fruit trees and told us a little about Costa Rica. Will definitely book with Viator again.
