This is truly awesome for any Harry Potter fan. We were seated at a table so it was like being in a bar or restaurant whilst watching one of your favourite movies. The visual experience is truly immersive. The details and the way you feel like you have entered the movie made this very special. We chose the themed food which was really good. Small portions but definitely enough. We opted for a themed mocktail which I would highly recommend.
Loved the experience! Seats were great. Popcorn was so yummy. Staff were attentive. Would definitely do again. Parking was a little confusing, but you get a 4 hour validation. Overall, recommend!!!!
Purchased 5 ticket for booth and the people next to us took up 6 seats instead of 5 we were really uncomfortable, and did not notice till 1/2 the event was over, contacted customer service and they said all tickets are non refundable be careful when you purchase booth seats, the people next to u are all in 1 big booth and they will purchase a seat somewhere else and then sit all toghether on your booth and staff will not do anything.
Minutes into the opening scene of Harry Potter, an overwhelming sense of child-like wonder enveloped me, perhaps because the entire theater practically came alive inside Harry's house! I'm old enough to remember the advent of surround-sound, and feeling completely immersed in my favorite rock tunes, but this experience of being immersed in sound and visuals emanating from the ceiling, floor and walls - in addition to the traditional movie screen - was truly delightful! We went to an afternoon show, and as I looked around, not only were the children enraptured, but the adults were, too. The artists, technical staff, etc. who developed this experience are joyfully enhancing the movie experience, and I can't wait to go back!
I booked two tickets to a Cosm event ($207 total) that included a movie and tasting menu. Unfortunately, both ticket holders tested positive for COVID, and out of respect for others we couldn’t attend. I asked to reschedule for a later date, not a refund. Customer service was unhelpful and inflexible. I was told “no refunds, no exchanges,” and wasn’t even given the option to speak with a supervisor. Instead, I was told to “find a friend” to use the tickets. Only after pushing did they agree to “escalate” my request, but with a 48-hour response time, the event will already have passed. For a premium venue charging premium prices, this rigid policy and dismissive treatment is unacceptable. The experience has left me deeply disappointed, and I would not recommend Cosm to others.
