It was a very informative and interesting experience. We got to see the entire process and everything was explained to us. The guide spoke excellent English. One of the workers showed us how he does his job. All in all, it was a very enjoyable experience. Highly recomandable!

Very interesting! However, the products in the shop are more expensive than anywhere else in Portugal.

Very instructive. We learned a little about the creation of corks. When we open our next bottle of wine, the corks will have a different meaning.

We learned so much during our visit. The guide was informed, entertaining, and interactive. She also provided time to interact with the craftsman while they were working, allowing anyone who wanted photos to take a turn. Great experience.

Amazing and educational and a new appreciation for cork.

Tour was great. Very informative and well presented. I learned a lot about cork processing and it was nice to be able to go out into the work area and see what we learned about. I now have a new appreciation for what all goes into making cork.

We are so happy we decided to take tour of Cork Factory. We learned all about the process of removing bark every 9 years, how they separate the bark depending on quality and thickness, and how they process the bark to get it ready to sell to those who make cork, furniture, clothes, shoes and more. Our guide was very knowledgeable and able to answer everyone questions.

It was quite informative and interesting. They had a lovely gift shop on premises. The people who own the factory were very kind.

Very interesting visit to the Cork factory. We learnt a great deal about how the cork was collected and how it was made into wine corks and other items . The staff were very friendly too
