Terrible. I had the tour paid for 10:00 and they never arrived. I barely managed to communicate with the agency and we agreed to reschedule it for 15:00, substituting the hiking with a trip in a vehicle that was not prepared for the characteristics of the road; it only advanced at most 0.4 km. We never reached Palca Canyon. We appreciate the guide's attention (very kind and sweet); she did what she could based on the circumstances. We also appreciate the detail that dinner was open to choose from, but that was not our expectation based on what they offered. We consider that the cost-service ratio was not met and it practically made us lose a day of touring in La Paz due to their poor service.

Terrible. I had the tour booked for 10:00 and they did not show up. With great difficulty, I communicated with the manager, but they did not know about our reservation. He offered me a departure at 15:00 in which the hiking was replaced by the use of a vehicle, but it was not prepared for the road and could only advance at most 0.4 km. We were never able to reach the Palca viewpoint. The guide was very kind and sweet... she did what she could under adverse circumstances and we appreciate it, as well as the gesture of compensating for the terrible service with a dinner with more options to choose dishes and drinks, but unfortunately that was not our expectation based on what they offer. The service received does not justify the price paid.

An amazing place, definitely a place to meet, from another planet. And so close to La Paz, without so many people walking through what allows you to have the whole landscape for one. Benji, the guide super, friendly, with lots of information. For a matter of time we had to rearrange the itinerary and put everything in order to make everything go excellent. Highly recommended.

This was a great experience. Nice to get out of the city and spend time in nature. The hike is not easy at all, but definitely worth it. My tour guide Benjamin was very kind, informative and patient. Would definitely recommend.

Challenging, but worth it. Taking a break from the city to enjoy the views and countryside, and the fabulous Bolivian dinner rounded out my La Paz experience.

It was an amazing way to cap off my trip in Bolivia. The views are stunning! I really had an amazing time with Berthy. He is very friendly, kind and helpful. One of the best travel guides I had in my years of travelling.

I had one of the best experiences riding around La Paz, I always had to worry about booking a tour hoping they get enough people to operate because I'm traveling alone but this time they offered me the option of riding a motorcycle pretty safe to the mountains from where I got one of the best views of the whole city! And also getting showered by the culture, history and typical food of the country!Totally recommended!!
