We enjoyed this museum. There are Alsatian legends to listen to, wax figures, explanations, and interactive games throughout the visit. We were not bored.
It’s way too expensive for just a handful wax figures. I was shocked when I got to the end, as I was just warming up. Do not spend your money or time here, go and visit the beautiful town instead.
€43 for 2 adults and a student, I find that expensive, especially since the wax figures do not always look like the originals. Not crowded when arriving at 10 a.m., I understand better why... I wouldn't say to avoid it, but other museums in Alsace are more interesting.

Great visit to the Wax Museum in Colmar! The scenes are incredibly realistic and immersive; you feel like you are traveling through time in every room. The welcome is very pleasant, the layout is well thought out, and you learn a lot without ever getting bored. A surprising, lively, and really fun place to discover with family or friends.
