Zayed came with his car to pick us up at our hotel. We are very happy to have gone through him because he is an adorable person who loves what he does and he does it well. Always pleasant and smiling, he takes the time to explain and share his experience. This ride on the lagoon with Zayed was truly pure happiness, thank youuu! The family

Great host for a boat tour of lagoon in Bacalar
We booked our tour about 3 hours ahead so we had a destination point when we arrived. But you can also just go at this time of year (July) to book on the spot in Bacalar. Zayed was a great host. We really enjoyed the tour and learning about the geology of the area. It was super relaxing and chill.

Boat tour of Bacalar Lagoon
A highly recommended boat tour around the lagoon with an opportunity to swim. Our guide Zayed was very friendly and informative. We chose an overcast day to go but the water was still warm and we could still admire the water’s beautiful colours.

An experience to enjoy iconic spots, a dip, and incredible photos, all in one tour. Zayed was very kind and took the most beautiful photos we have ever had.

It was an incredible tour and I spent a truly wonderful afternoon. Zayed Pérez was a very kind and approachable person. His explanations were excellent and helped me understand the history and characteristics of the Bacalar lagoon much better. The lagoon is truly beautiful, even more than I imagined, and it is undoubtedly totally worth visiting. In addition, Zayed had a gesture that I appreciated very much: he picked me up at my hotel, stored my luggage in the vehicle during the entire tour and, at the end, he took me directly to the bus terminal! That type of customer service makes a big difference. I recommend it 100%.

Beautiful lagoon
Very nice outing with 2 friendly guides. We were only 4 visitors that day so a very relaxing experience.
