I booked this a week ago, and today they contacted me on WhatsApp to say the fare had increased by $10 USD and that if I cancelled my booking, it would save them from paying the commission rate to Viator and TripAdvisor. If I rebooked directly with them, they could save me $ 4 USD on the new fare. When I asked for more details, they cancelled the booking and shut down the conversation. It is a concern that it happened, as if reinforces what I have been reading that it's easy to get ripped off in SL

Using the app What's up, they handled sudden changes in time with detailed messaging. That was a big help.

We spent three nights here. The hotel is situated on lush green landscape with nature at its best. We could see many creatures during our walks. Well maintained property but I didn’t like the concept of sending even children below 15 yrs back from the dining area during the evening dinner even though they were dressed in three fourth shorts... Regarding food and beverages, they serve fresh coconut water during the breakfast with lots to offer on the serving table but somehow the Cuisines were dominated by local flavour. Few of the staff members during the check in and checkout process could have more friendly and welcoming to the guests.
