It was a fun experience and the man was very nice as he explained the rules of what to do while out on the water. We went during the night so it was pretty quiet and pleasant!

The owner was the best! Kind, compassionate, patient. Explained with how windy it is was how the water may feel!! The experience was a 10/10 I would definitely absolutely do it again!! I will definitely be going on a day kayak trip next time!

If I could give this experience more than 5 stars, I would!! Ronnie was so personable and understanding! Our reservation at the restaurant overlapped our reservation with the glow canoes and he not only let me know about the 10% discount at the restaurant next door, (Emerald or something?), but he was super understanding and worked around it all for us!! He also had much grace for us because we had one extra child with us that wasn't originally accounted for. He was so kind, very friendly, and such great service! We had the best time!! Thanks to Ronnie for giving our family a great experience on our vacation!!

This trip was cancelled via phone call 15 minutes prior to it starting due to 1 lightening strike, yet still marked it as completed!! I requested a refund and the activity coordinator has ignored my messages and my calls so i’m now needing to dispute this through my bank. i even tried going through the help center and they stated they could not reach the activity coordinator either so there is nothing they can do.

The owner went out of his way to ensure our experience was positive and fun for everyone. Helped all six of us into the kayaks comfortably, and made sure to get a good group photo. Our four and eleven year old both had a blast, as did the rest of us.
