空港へのピックアップ手順 : 「出発の前日、オペレーションチームに連絡して正確な受け取り時間を確認し、割り当てられたドライバーの情報を受け取ることが義務付けられています。 乗り継ぎの場合、ドライバーは合意されたピックアップ時間から最大10分間待機します。 この時間を過ぎると、ノーショーとマークされます。 注意：ホテルロビーへは送迎の15分前にお越しください。 REMINDER : これらはシェア便であり、シェア便は午前6時40分から午後9時まで利用可能であることをリマインドしているため、出発時間が割り当てられます」

Viator cancelled two days before our early morning flight. We couldn’t catch a public bus as it was early, so we booked and paid $160 for a private transfer with DayTrip. Viator driver still arrived at 5am on day of travel. He was unfriendly and communication was difficult as we unfortunately don’t speak much Spanish. We had no idea the Viator vehicle was for our (already cancelled) booking. Meanwhile, our actual DayTrip driver- who was excellent, patient, and communicative despite the language barrier- waited over an hour for us whilst we were already on the Viator transfer. Viator refunded the original booking amount, but offered no compensation for the $160 we had to spend on the alternative private transfer. We are very grateful we still made our flight, but this experience was costly through no fault of our own. I highly recommend DayTrip- their driver went above and beyond. I cannot recommend Viator. Better systems are needed to ensure cancellations are properly processed and customers aren’t left covering unexpected extra costs.
Transfer Pampa were excellent, communicated clearly so that everyone who was picked up knew what they had to do, arrived on time and got us to the airport 100 kilometres away in plenty of time. Travel time from San Pedro de Atacama to Calama Airport seemed like an hour or so.
