On the extensive, approximately 2.5-hour tour, the sights worth seeing in Potsdam are visited. Getting on and off is possible without any problems at all stops. There is a lot of information about the sights on the route via headphones. I was out and about with my 9-year-old granddaughter. The tour was also very interesting for her and she liked it very much. During the stopover at the Russian Colony, we had a very good lunch at the restaurant there. Afterwards, we continued to Sanssouci Palace and took a walk through the beautiful park to the Church of Peace. Afternoon organ concerts occasionally take place there. If interested, you should check the homepage beforehand so that you can "incorporate" this highlight into your tour. All in all, I can highly recommend the hop-on hop-off bus for a sightseeing tour in Potsdam.

It is a convenient way to get around.....if it was clear. The staff at the stops were helpful but the driver was rude and unpleasant. The bus did not follow the route on THEIR plan, but the driver really wasn't helpful when we ended up in the wrong spot..."thats a different route" he said even though I had the plan in my hand...ended up walking...... As you can't stand up for photos the windows did not offer good photo opportunities and as the bus ran at hour intervals it was a long wait if you just wanted a quick visit... perhaps it might be better with another company, who knows..

Ignore 1 star reviews, this is fine! The bus arrived on time, the driver was smooth and considerate. The prerecorded info was a little out of kilter but usable and informative, so we had a great couple of hours. Highly recommended.

Left standing at Luisenplatz. Very rude lady in the office,I don't need to let someone like that moan at me. So never again will we start the attempt there.

Sadly we didn’t see the reviews before we got on the bus DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY. We were not given headphones …didn’t realise we needed them as nobody told us …after a very very boring 30 mins we were back where we started .decided to get off and complain. However the entitled, very arrogant lady in the office , suggested we were intelligent people and should have realised we needed the headphones ..so much for customer service . We did ask for a part refund but she decided we were in the wrong and would not give anything back …she was beyond rude and when I said I would review the trip she got very rude . We have met some amazing German people she just wasn’t one . Don’t go it’s a rip off

It was a bad experience! The audio doesn’t matches the monuments on the way, it’s either telling a fact too early or too late. One of the earplugs wasn’t working. The driver had a problem with another driver and started yelling loudly suddenly at the bus driver which was super unprofessional and unpleasant. And then he continued the rest of the way telling his friends on the phone what happened over and over again. Overall it was extremely chaotic!
The tour is badly planned, it goes through a useless loop and stops again in the first station for 10 minutes before driving off again. The audio is horrible, the information is not interesting and it comes either too early or too late, so you can’t even locate the things you hear about. The driver got in a fight with another bus driver and was very unprofessional, he started shouting and even when it was over he called his arab friends and repeated the story in Arabic 5 times before he finally stopped talking about it, so he was driving on the phone, which lead to an incident of hitting the breaks aggressively because he didn’t watch out for the traffic lights. Another thing, even if everything was perfect i think it still would have been boring because you don’t even have time to admire the sights. I recommend either a guided walking tour or just going to the main attractions by foot and checking them out from the inside.
