ChocoMuseo Lima MirafloresでのBean to Barチョコレートワークショップ

We had a wonderful experience at the Choco Museo making our own chocolate bars, and learning about the entire process from bean to bar. We also got to taste a wide variety to chocolate from Peru, and several types of chocolate based drinks. We had such a fun time and would highly encourage others to do this. You even get 10% off in the shop after the class, where they have more chocolate and tea mixtures. Super worth it!

Erika was an excellent guide! She walked us through the chocolate making process, the history of popular chocolate drinks, and agricultural processes of cacau. Loved the experience !

Our tour of the chocolate museum was wonderful AND delicious!! Angelica did a terrific job teaching us about the history of chocolate and how it is made. Very "hands-on" experience!! I would highly recommend this tour!!

Location was challenging to find. Trip advisor address did not indicate location was in the middle of a shopping center. Once we got there, the education about the chocolate making process was excellent. Anna took time to ensure all of our questions were answered. We had fun selecting the brand, roasting them and making the liquid chocolate. Finally we made our bars with the option to choose from many add ins.

Great fun and very informative…would highly recommend for chocolate lovers. You make your own bars for a treat later.

This was my second ChocoMuseo workshop (I had previously done one in Antigua, Guatemala), and I'd still go again! Stefany was a really great instructor and kept the experience so fun and engaging. I learned a ton and the chocolate that we made and got to take home was delicious.

The class was a lot of fun and learning about and making our own chocolate was a good time. Ana was great and we thought it was a good way to spend a morning in Lima.

Great experience and delicious chocolate

A fun experience making chocolates and tasting many varieties with different flavors and percentages of cocoa. The class leader was sweet and explained everything really well. The tea made with the shells was also good.
