Everything perfect, the transfer service was punctual and the driver Kamil was very friendly. The hot springs are incredible, I recommend the tour 100%

Really well organised, Kamil our driver was great; super friendly and clear with the instructions. The thermal baths are amazing, it's such a clean, well-organised facility in beautiful surroundings. We definitely want to return one day!

Really really busy, the quiet and relaxation part was nice but other parts were too busy. Not very relaxing or calming, more of a children’s swimming centre.

We got the stop 15mins before our pick up time and at 4:05pm no one came to pick us up or had contacted us. I phoned the given number and no one answered. Later someone else phoned me and I told them our issue so they checked with our driver. Turned out there was a technical issue and it was meant to be for the next day. They were trying to push it on us to do it the next day but we couldn’t cuz we were flying home and not gonna lie, part of me is kind of glad after reading the 1 star reviews.

The guide or driver is really nice. Nice experience in total. The place is nice. In total is all great

Evening Spa was great much needed after a long day walking around. Michal was super helpful with taking us and returning us he gave us much needed information. We would book again.

We thoroughly enjoyed this trip. Pick up was easy and our driver was super friendly and informative The minibus was comfortable and we ended up making new friends on there The spa itself was beautiful, clean, and well kept You get a wristband to purchase things - drinks, food, locker is included too. Theres even a swim shop incase you forget anything Would highly recommended

The drive there and back was very long and our driver was obviously tired and was driving all over the road. At one point he had to brake really hard and we all went flying. My friend jolted her neck and has since suffered and has to have surgery.

Fantastic evening experience, thermal pools and scenery were truly beautiful. Tour guide Michael was friendly, knowledgeable and ensured the trip went to plan. Would certainly recommend.

Great experience. Driver Michal was funny and spoke great English. Van was new and very clean. Maybe more AC if anything to mention. Would recommend the trip and our driver.
