Excellent experience. Sent them a msg via Viator with my flight and arrival time. When I arrived and walked out of the arrival area, Nymka was waiting with a sign with my name. She then helped me locate an atm and then went out where she called her husband who pulled up and we loaded into the vehicle for the hour drive to the city/hotel. They are a very nice couple who both speak English. They also conduct tours during the summer months and in off-season, run an after-school education program for children. They are an industrious couple who are not afraid to do multiple job tasks while raising a young child. I highly recommend their services.
