Wow! I just had the best afternoon doing a private cooking class with my mom. It was incredible. I am so glad I booked a private class, it was so much more than group classes I have done in the past. This was so special and i think it is one of those memories that I will truly treasure as the years go by. We were picked up from our riad - as this was private class, they let us pick the time. The instruction was fabulous. The view from the roof top was breathtaking. Cooking took approximately four hours, so it was a good portion of the day. The meal was super healthy and will be easy to replicate at home. We made a chicken and a beef tagine, an eggplant salad, a carrot dish, a garden salad and a fruit dessert. This was a 10/10 experience and i highly recommend it.

Ibrahim made our trip unforgettable. His hospitality and openness really put us at ease during the cooking class. The tagine was absolutely delicious, we’ve truly never eaten anything so good. All the spices perfectly blend in togheter. Ibrahim was also incredibly attentive and took all our wishes into account. We highly recommend this cooking class if you’re looking for a special and romantic experience in Chefchaouen.

The cooking session was both friendly and very informative. Chef Ibrahim explained each step with patience and passion. We learned how to prepare a delicious dish, while enjoying a relaxed and warm atmosphere.
Absolutely fantastic cooking class! The location is top-notch, easy to find and very pleasant. The kitchen was spotless, well-organized, and had a fantastic view, which really added to the experience. Ibrahim is extremely welcoming, friendly, and made everyone feel comfortable right from the start. His instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process enjoyable even for beginners. Best of all, the food we made turned out absolutely delicious. Highly recommended!
Excellent cooking experience with Ibrahim and Mourad. Picked up from hotel on time . Preparation was well laid out fresh ingredients from the market and vibrant spices . Beautiful setting looking at the the mountains while preparing the vegetables and ingredients. Great discussions ranging over many topics learning the culture and the Moroccan cuisine . Passionate and proud of cultural traditions and heritage. Lovely meal when all cooked . Chicken targine, carrot salad , eggplant dip , fresh salad , fruit with orange blossom water . Thank you boys for a wonderful experience!! Well recommended to do in chefchouen. The tangine was so much better than any restaurant as it had all the spices and cartelised flavours from the tangine!
Ibrahim was amazing, the view was great and very relaxed atmosphere. We learned a lot about cooking and also Moroccan culture and cuisine. Even with our cooking mistakes Ibrahim was able to help us prepare a delicious dinner with a view. Many guests would wander up to where the cooking class was going on to see what the good smell was.
