Our visit to the Seven Colored Earth Geopark was absolutely fabulous! The natural phenomenon of the vibrant, multi-colored sand dunes is stunning on its own, but what really impressed us was how remarkably well-maintained and thoughtfully designed the entire site is. The viewing platforms, landscaped pathways, and surrounding facilities are laid out perfectly to give you the best views without disturbing the natural landscape. Everything from the tortoises area to the café is clean, welcoming, and brilliantly managed. It’s an absolute must-visit when exploring Chamarel—a seamless, top-tier attraction that showcases the very best of Mauritius!
Great time during the visit to the 7 Coloured Earths. We were able to see tortoises. The setting is magnificent and the explanations are very clear. We then visited the coffee, vanilla, and cocoa plantation. Great time with a top-notch guide
The tour of the coffee plantation was very interesting. At this same coffee plantation, you discover the cultivation of vanilla and cocoa. Coffee tasting with tasting techniques. We did it with our older teens; they all loved it. Special mention for our guide who conducted the tour in French and English so that our children understood well. I highly recommend it.
Interesting spot but best to do when sunny so you can see all the colours.
Warren at the Coffee Experience was a fabulous guide. He was funny, knowledgeable and generous with with his time. We had a great laugh and learned heaps. Definitely recommend even if you only have a small umbrella - they will sort you out.!
