Brent and I had the best time learning how to make fresh pasta and enjoying a fresh made from scratch meal prepared by our hosts. We enjoyed talking and getting to know them. The food choices were delectable. We so enjoyed the fresh pasta sauce. We sat at a quaint table with candlelight as we were served each course. Since it was birthday they even brought out our dessert with a candle and sang happy birthday to me. I highly recommend this experience! I only wish I could have spent more time getting to know our hosts.

Lunch at Maria’s
Three of us had the most wonderful time at Maria’s house for lunch and learning to cook local cuisine. She was so welcoming and hospitable. We don’t speak any Italian and she was so kind and tried her best to use google translate.
I would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Alberobello, it was amazing!!
