A Wonderful Sicilian Cooking Experience with Gilda
Gilda was fabulous! Her beautiful Sicilian country estate was the perfect setting for this experience. From the large entrance gate to the pool and lovely home, everything was charming and welcoming. Even the table was beautifully set for our meal.
The cooking class itself was fun and relaxed, and Gilda was knowledgeable and delightful throughout. We learned to make different types of pasta, sauces, and tiramisu, all while enjoying some wine and great conversation.
Afterward, we sat down to generous portions of everything we had prepared, along with more wine. It was a wonderful way to spend the day and experience a little bit of Sicilian life and cooking.
Gilda is an absolute delight. Highly recommend!

Amazing Patsa Making Experience
What an amazing person Ewa is! So warm and inviting of us into her home. We arrived to a beautiful array of antipasto and some wine! We then moved on to the kitchen to begin our fun lesson of pasta making. Ewa was informative and encouraged us to make different pasta shapes. The pasta dishes we made were so tasty and we just hope we can do it justice and recreate the same delicious food now we are back home!!
We can not thank Ewa enough for her time and showing us round her garden we are very jealous that in England we can't grow half of the vegetables and fruit!

A huge thank you to Gilda for the warm welcome and sincere hospitality! Our entire family had a wonderful experience that we’ll never forget. The kids and their friends can't stop talking about the incredible time we had and the amazing memories we made. They were so excited to purchase the pasta boards and are thrilled to take them back to America to make some Cavitelli pasta for their families! Thanks again for an awesome night and delicious meal! You and your family are so very special!
I would highly recommend Gilda and this cook class experience to anyone!
