The menu is brilliant because it lets you enjoy several iconic dishes in multiple courses. The truffle risotto was absolutely spectacular, rich, aromatic, and perfectly balanced. We also ordered the baos, which were amazing, some sushi, including salmon that was incredibly fresh and well executed.

I had an outstanding business lunch at CE LA VI Dubai. The views from Level 54 are breathtaking, and the atmosphere is both chic and professional. The food was exquisite, with beautifully presented dishes and top-notch flavors. Service was impeccable—attentive and efficient. It’s a fantastic spot for a refined dining experience and important meetings. Highly recommend!
