BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!! NEXT YEAR AGAIN
From the beginning, they had contact with me to inform me of all the details; they were very attentive and responsible. The flight has been the best experience anyone could have. The breakfast was very delicious in a wonderful place. I recommend bringing cash since it is difficult to use a card or there is not good reception.

We had a great experience on our hot air balloon ride. The team was professional, organized, and made safety their top priority from start to finish. Clear instructions were given before takeoff, which helped everyone feel comfortable and prepared. I was hoping we would fly directly over the pyramids, but unfortunately we did not. Even so, the experience was enjoyable, and the crew provided excellent service throughout the entire adventure. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a safe and well-organized hot air balloon experience.
