Jose Gerardo was an outstanding driver and guide. He was punctual and ensured a safe and comfortable journey. Upon arrival, he provided us with a detailed introduction and helped tailor the best activity route based on the weather conditions. We truly had a wonderful experience. On our return trip, he kindly stopped at a roadside restaurant at our request, giving us time to pack some delicious local lamb soup. We were completely satisfied with his service and highly recommend him.

We had a great time at the hot spring pools. The waterfall and the tunnel are an absolute must! Unfortunately the caves were closed due to excessive rain but we enjoyed our time there overall. Richard was an amazing driver and guide and took us there and back safely. Highly recommended.

The experience was amazing. It was rainy but because the springs were so warm it was like in heaven. Our guide was amazing, he was attentive and patient. Drove very well during the rain. Bought me a cupcake for my bday.

We had a lovely time and Richard was a good host. We especially liked the river at gate two off Tolontongo and the caves were amazing. It’s a place of epic beauty. Be aware that there is a lot of walking, so if you have mobility issues, it may not be appropriate. Also watch your knees when you’re in the river.

This was such a nice and relaxing trip especially because it was private while still being a good price! Richard was great and super friendly, which made the long drive much more entertaining and enjoyable. Once we got to Tolantongo it was the most amazing view. Coming early and during the week made it way more enjoyable as it was emptier so you could have your own space. The cave was so beautiful and amazing. I definitely recommend a waterproof phone protector if you want to take pictures or use your phone for light in the cave as light is definitely necessary.

Pascual was our tour guide and he was such a kind and knowledgeable person. The private tour was the best decision I made. The car was brand new and clean. It had anything you could need, tylenol, nausea meds, water, snacks. All complimentary. Our tour guide helps us get around the area and even gave us private time so we could venture solo. It wad such a great time. Im definitely booking again!

The visit to the hot springs exceeded expectations. Our guide, Richard, was on time and very informative. He filled our drive with wonderful conversation highlighting the history and many of the sites found in this beautiful country. We stopped for breakfast at quaint roadside eatery. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. As for the springs, we visited on a Thursday and practically had the place to ourselves. It was a very relaxing tour and I would definitely recommend it for individuals considering a trip to the springs. Request our private tour guide Richard and you will not be disappointed.
