Excellent communication. Friendly and professional. Our flight was delayed by two hours and they were already tracking it and they were very accommodating. Very impressed! On our return journey they arrived early and were happy to wait for us and everything was super smooth. The cars were immaculate and spacious.

Excellent service and time to travel and information are accurate. He was able to explain the all details and help during the baggage transfer and kids friendly van and car availabile. We all had great time and reach ahead of schedule. Recommend for future if you traveling from airport to hotel.

Fantastic transfer service! We were a group of 5 with a lot of bags, and the vehicle was perfect. Our driver was punctual for our arrival and went above and beyond when our departing flight was delayed, adjusting his schedule to help us. We felt very well taken care of.

Whenever I come to Melbourne I look forward to being met on arrival by Kojii. Of course he is always on time (early actually) and extraordinarily professional and a very safe driver. But I also look forward to spending close to an hour with him learning about what is new in Melbourne since my last trip. He is a great guide and ambassador.
