Booked this service to get from Cruise Ship Terminal in Sydney downtown to airport at 9am. Was advertised as wheelchair accessible and noted both direction of travel and accessibility needs in reservation. Contacted 24 hours in advance and thought we needed to be picked up at airport which I corrected. Got of ship and could not find transport. Messaged at 8:45 am where we were. At 9:10 asked where they were. They contacted me 10 minutes later and unable to find driver. Now having to wait longer for accessible transportation. Not impressed.

We contacted you prior to your booking to confirm details, and you messaged us via WhatsApp requesting a 9:30 AM pickup. Despite that, our driver arrived early and waited from 8:55 AM, and as per our chat records, you were picked up at 9:10 AM. We also provided a wheelchair-accessible vehicle, and we can share proof (chat screenshots, GPS logs, and vehicle photos) if required. We kindly ask you to review the facts and reconsider your statement, as we always strive to provide timely and accessible service to all our passengers. If you have mobility issues, don’t book larger vans as they cannot enter close curb area to pick you up. You have to be able navigate couple blocks to the “priority area” . Book an uber or taxi , they can come right to the curb in front. It was a real hassle trying to get family member across 2 parking areas, multiple sidewalks.
