Was very enjoyable and informative. I would recommend! I will say if you plan to do it in winter bring a jacket, the wind off the water was very chilly.

Smooth sailing
The tour is relaxing, the sailing is smooth and you have a good view of the river cruise. I was a bit late but they are considerate.

Chilled and beautiful
Very gentle peaceful cruise around Launceston’s three rivers. All the staff were really friendly and helpful, just a lovely trip, thank you

Great activity -interesting and informative
Interesting trip -ideal for families with children as just long enough. Lots to see -very helpful staff both on the boat and in the booking office

Gorge is amazing!
The captain didn’t want us drinking alcohol we bought at the centre. Only complaint. The gorge river was nice but short. It’s good to get your bearings. Would recommend with a nicer captain perhaps. When you pay $60 for Jansz rose when Dan Murphys sell for $25.. I don’t mind paying the extra to support business but, when told not to drink it onboard… that doesn’t sit well.

Would have liked more reference to the First Nations people and their link to this Iconic location
Interesting information about the geography and history. The gorge is stunning. My disappointment was there was no history about Cataract Gorge and the First Nations people. These are stories that need to be told.

Cataract Gorgeous Cruise
Great tour of the gorge and the different parts of the Tamar River. The historic boat really sets the scene for a relaxing cruise through iconic waters and landscapes.
