It very organized. They cram a lot of people in and everyone would just stand in a room with no movement. Nobody to keep people moving. Very hot inside. Then ushered into a small hallway and winding stairs to the roof to be seated on the roof for the concert. Seating was very unorganized and then concert was very lame. Not a good musician or group to listen to. We left early.

Visually stunning & the audio completes the experience guiding you through each room. Our evening visit finished with a Roof Top Concert 🎶 and the dulcet tones of Roger Padrós 😍 Recommend the Gold Ticket, immersive experience with the tablet.

The place was beautiful. Grate for anyone who likes art and history. The concert was brilliant.. the only thing I would say to change is where they gave us the Prosecco. As they gave us it half way up and felt rushed. As wasn’t allowed to take up with us to the roof. Would have been nice to have had whilst watching the concert. As this is what I thought we was doing .

One of the BEST tours. It was definitely busy but manageable. I liked using the virtual tablet what brought each room alive. The rooftop concert with Alex Dee was absolutely 💯 amazing. His voice,the rooftop lighting....crazy good. Definitely would recommend it but you have to book early.

Chaotic experience. Given a glass of Cava but weren’t able to take it up to the roof terrace yet could purchase glasses of Cava once up there. Staff didn’t seem to know where to position guests whilst waiting to get outside. One toilet cubicle for both male and female. However the musicians were excellent.

Great little concert following a super building experience. Most enjoyable and would heartily recommend. The 3 girl group were excellent, enjoyed by all it was a lovely evening event.

Very disappointing experience with Casa Batlló’s Gold rooftop concert event. I was traveling with a group that already had a reservation and a table for the rooftop concert. I tried to purchase one additional ticket so that I could join them, but Casa Batlló refused to accommodate one additional person in any way, even though I explained that I did not need an additional chair and would have been perfectly happy to stand with my group. I repeatedly offered to pay for the additional ticket. I understand that venues have capacity limits and policies, but there are situations where a reasonable exception can be made, particularly when it would require nothing more than allowing one person to join an existing group. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of flexibility or effort to find a solution. I asked to speak with a manager and was told that the individuals handling security were the managers. I then requested a refund since I could not join my group, and that was also refused. Casa Batlló itself is beautiful, but the customer service surrounding this experience was inflexible and, unfortunately, not particularly polite. For an attraction and premium experience at this price point, I expected a much higher level of customer service and a genuine effort to help.

I enjoyed the visit to the house and the guided tour through the iPad. The concert at the end was great. You should definitely go when your preferred style of music is being played.

Great experience. The architecture from floor to floor was amazing, and there was a lot of floors so be prepared for stairs. The electronic guide, which was a tablet configured to your language and Sony headphones worked, but it cumbersome, having to press an icon on the screen as you reached certain areas. To be honest, having Bluetooth transmitters around so you just had to wear headphones, would have been less hassle. So, I.T. Team, pay attention if you’re reading this. We had a glass of Cava on the way around. Which we had just before entering the garden area. We were told we could take our glasses with us to the next floor, only to then be told we could not proceed to the stairs with our glasses, so the staff really need to talk with each other. Each floor revealed more of Gaudi’s genius, and in the roof we ordered drinks and were entertained by Spanish guitarists and a singer. On the way out we entered a room which had LED panels on the floors, walls and ceilings, and were entertained by a light show. This was really special, and for me, the best thing of the tour. ;)

Impressive, but also very touristy. Viator ticket QR code is not recognized by the scanners at the entrance. After brief complications, entry was then made possible. In return, the Viator ticket was significantly cheaper than from the event provider itself.
