We were fortunate to enjoy a private tour with Manuel, an exceptionally passionate and knowledgeable guide. His deep understanding of Cartagena’s history truly brought the past to life. His narration of the history of San Felipe Castle was vivid and captivating; through his expressive storytelling, we almost felt as though we were witnessing the Spaniards’ battle ourselves. Manuel is a gifted storyteller, and his knowledge of Getsemaní and the Centro Histórico is equally impressive. Thanks to his enthusiasm and insight, our tour was not only informative but also thoroughly enjoyable. We spent a delightful and memorable time exploring Cartagena with him.

Booked this trip for Friday a late night on Tuesday once we confirmed group size - modifying from 1 person to 5. Woke up to a what’s app message that never identified themselves or asking any questions and learned someone/the system changed to a tour to a time starting just hours after we booked and on a totally different day. Tour operator refused to correct dates and also charged us surcharges for 6 people vs 1 person rate on the private tour even though no tour took place and we had not even arrived in country. The change of date they did made us in the 24 hour window for the no cancel policy conveniently
Nexperience company was so easy and friendly to work with! They met all our requested and accommodated our group of 23 for the best walking tour and castle visit! Our guide Alvaro David was incredible so knowledgeable passionate kind and engaging!
