⭐☆☆☆☆ 1 Star – Avoid Legacy Transport at All Costs I rarely leave negative reviews, but our experience with Legacy Transport in Cabo San Lucas was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. Upon arriving at the airport, there was little to no clear communication in English regarding where to meet our driver. After spending considerable time trying to locate our transportation, we discovered that the driver had already left without us. At no point did anyone make a reasonable effort to contact us, assist us, or ensure we were able to find our ride. What made the situation even worse was Legacy Transport’s response afterward. When we contacted them for help, they demanded additional money to send a driver back to the airport. We had already paid for the transportation service, yet they expected us to pay even more because of a situation that resulted from their poor communication and lack of customer support. To add insult to injury, they charged us $80 USD for a ride we never received and then refused to issue any refund. We paid for a service that was never delivered, and the company showed absolutely no willingness to make the situation right. Travelers should be extremely cautious when booking with Legacy Transport. If anything goes wrong, don’t expect accountability, flexibility, or fair treatment. Based on our experience, this company is more interested in keeping your money than providing the service you paid for. There are many transportation companies in Cabo San Lucas that value their customers. Unfortunately, Legacy Transport is not one of them. Save yourself the stress, frustration, and financial loss…book with someone else.
We booked our shuttle in advance, including our flight info. However, we never heard from anyone and couldn’t find anyone at the airport there from Legacy. We had tried calling them a few times. After more than 30 minutes waiting, we finally reached someone and they claimed we didn’t provide flight info and never responded to texts or emails from them. That’s false. We never received anything from them. Props to TripAdvisor for refunding us, but I don’t recommend them to anyone else.
Felix was very cooperative and punctual. Needed to be a last minute change and he was able to accomodate us. Would definitely use them again
Driver was a no-show. Unresponsive to calls and texts for 30 minutes, so we had to take a taxi. Fees refunded from viator as a result
Professional, comfortable, safe way to get around
Felix was fantastic! Booked our return trip to the airport so we didn't need to worry about anything. Nice, comfortable vehicle.
Driver Felix was amazing! He was very knowledgeable of the area and was able answer all Our questions. He communicated with us our whole trip regarding when pick up times would be. I would highly recommend!
