We booked late the night before and didn't get a response from the provider re our pick up time. Luckily our tour guide phoned to find out. Our driver Irfan messaged us the next morning to say he was on his way. He was very polite and friendly. He first took us to where the balloons were being inflated, and after 20 minutes, took us to the viewing point to see the the sunrise with all the balloons floating around. Irfan also offered to take photos of us. It was the most perfect morning and the most amazing experience.
The morning tour was booked and paid .they have to pick us at 5.30 am and now 6.30 here we are waiting . We are loat our precious time to see sunrise Ballon rides ....this is v bad and totally lack of trust or company..
Balloon launch times are dynamic to coincide with sunrise. Therefore, I request that this comment be deleted.
The tour did not leave, the balloons were cancelled and I have not yet received a refund. They changed them for the next day and it couldn't be done either. Cancelled again
Balloon flights are not permitted by the Civil Aviation Authority unless weather conditions are suitable. This situation is beyond our control. I request that this comment be deleted.
On time and took us to the best spots to view the take off and in air balloons in Goreme. Great experience overall and highly recommend.
The driver pick up only 2 of us at 4:50am on time to see the hot air balloon from our hotel, one stop is Ballon preparation site about 30 minutes, then drive to Love Valley to see the Ballon flying above the valley on the sky, waiting for sun rise and take us back to hotel around 7am, very enjoy this activity.
