Alex and Zaul were amazing guides. They made the whole experience really enjoyable and took great care of us throughout the trip. Both of them were very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful time with them！

Amazing. It was a full experience immerse in nature. Very challenging but very satisfying. Great guides that make you feel safe.
We were able to book a 6:30am start time. Both guides ensured we were safe and gave great instructions before, during, and after each waterfall. They were both assertive and friendly. I felt very safe and we had so much fun. It was a short hike down, then about 45 minutes rappelling, and then a hike back up. We appreciated the included breakfast after to refuel for the rest of the day. I highly recommend!
This was an amazing day experience! Rappelling down waterfalls was not on my Bingo card for this trip, but I’m very glad we did it. We felt very safe the entire times and the guides were extremely professional. Not for the faint of heart, but definitely recommend to anyone who is up for a physical challenge!

Grey and Saul were awesome! I highly recommend this activity. They made sure we were safe every step of the way, and the entire experience was incredible. It was my first time canyoning, and they made it so much fun and unforgettable. I did the 5 falls. Thank you for an amazing adventure! We had lunch at the end and the food is so good. 😊
We had an amazing experience with our tour guide Grey and Saul! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They made us feel safe, kept everything well organized, and shared so much interesting information about the area, wildlife, and local culture. What really stood out was their enthusiasm and genuine care for making sure everyone had a great time. They went above and beyond to answer questions, accommodate the group, and make the experience fun and memorable. If you're looking for a guide who is passionate, reliable, and truly enhances your trip, I highly recommend them.
