We had a great day with the whole Said and Monster Experience team. Safari in the desert, 4x4 in the dunes, Buggy, sunset and oriental dinner. Everything was perfect. 4 weeks ago and two weeks before our trip we unfortunately had to cancel due to my wife being pregnant. We had paid 300 aed (£60) upfront to arrange a collection from the hotel to the venue and back. Upon asking for a refund the company requested all my banking information including IBAN number which reluctantly I provided in order to secure this refund. To date I have been messed around with the company telling me first that there was a problem with their system causing delay. Then they stated they would send a driver to our hotel to deliver the cash personally. The day before they stated due to unforeseen circumstances the driver wasn’t coming and to provide my Revolut bank details. I did this last week and have still not received my money. The company sent me a screenshot in what appeared to be French communication from their apparent manager. They translated to say that the money had now been sent from their manager. Still no money has been received. They are now saying they have no control over this as it’s this manager who has sent the money over. In my experience I have never had so much difficulty getting a refund returned to me. It seems to me that the company are happy to take your money but when it comes to getting it back to you there is simply no will on their part. I am still in communication with them so I am hopeful this will change but I have been left at the moment with no choice but to post this review.
