The camel tour was alright. What really spoiled the experience was all the quads driving left and right by us duringour ride. It was loud and annoying. Took away from the "feeling like a normad" experience. We stayed in the luxury camp overnight. While we had reduced expectations we still thought it would be clean or maybe there would be a screen on the windows so you wouldn't be eating alive by the mosquitoes. Dinner and breakfast were good. Our camel guide was very nice.

Had unforgettable camel ride experience in Merzouga desert, all went well and organized, the camp was amazing, and our tent was beautiful and big enough, the food was fresh and delouse , dont hesitate to book if you are looking for best camel ride experience.

I went on a Merzouga camel trekking tour with my family and it was an experience of a lifetime. the camel was good experience, and the desert camp was absolutely nice. We booked camel trek overnight Merzouga deser camp with Moha and met Ahmed in Merzouga. He is a young man and very knowledgeable about desert and Berber culture. We too camel almost 2 hours on the we saw the sunset then trekking to camp. The camp is amazing luxury. We got a very large tent with hot water in shower. The food was the best in the whole Morocco. I recommend you to choose luxury camp. There are tow camp options.

One of the best experiences in my life. We met in Merzouga our guide Ahmed, a funny guy speaking English, very knowledgeable about the desert and berber culture. The camel trekking (around 1h30) was exciting, the view of the sunset even better. The dinner served at the camp was very good: moroccan salad, chicken tajine, and fruit. We slept in a comfortable double bed under the stars, it was incredible!!! so many stars, the milky way, and also a few shooting stars! The following morning we have been waked up early to see the sunrise, and we also had time to try sandsurfing before to go back to Merzouga. After a good breakfast we also decided to try the quad experience (1h, with another guide) and it is really funny and exciting as well. I recomment this experience to anybody: don't miss it!
