Very unprofessional attitude of Emo Travels staff who was communicating with us and attendant Tariq who accompanied us . They spoiled our very important occasion 35th Anniversary of marriage. We booked top option “ 5 star Nile Maxim “ and communicated the importance of this day. Told them that we are vegetarian. We were assured over and again that all arrangements have been made for smooth anniversary celebration, I asked them about menu but nothing was even told to Tariq who accompanied us. Rather than trying to make it better, he told us point blank that we can cancel it . We were sad as we did find any thing for dinner. Please don’t book it through Emo Tours . They don’t care even if you give them feedback. Sorry Emo Tours I can’t allow you to take the guest for a ride .

The firm varied. Drinks at reasonable prices. The very varied and beautiful shows. And the Nile in between.

Overall we had a good experience on this dinner cruise. We were not overly impressed by the food, but it wasn't just on this cruise, we did not find Egyptian food much to our liking. The shows were good, the opening singer had a very strong voice and interacted well with the audience. The belly dancer was also good and did a great job going to each table to dance. The star of the show, in my opinion, was the man that did the whirling dervish type of dance. He was an incredible performer who did not stop spinning for over 30 minutes. The boat itself was OK, the dining room was a little cramped, the upper deck that was outdoors was nice. The representatives from Emo Tours were very friendly and seemed to genuinely want us to have a good experience. Bottom line: I'm glad we had this experience.

Our driver was 15 min late and we had poo seating for the show and didn’t really get to see the river. Our guide was good and enjoyable.

It was actually pretty fun. The dancers did a great job entertaining everyone on board. The boat was spacious and the trip was smooth. Overall, we had a nice experience.
