Great event for young children 3/4 yrs and above if they can swim ok. Light enough rapids not to be an issue and quite fun for the whole family.

The experience is fantastic! Would definitely recommend. We got picked up at a set time at the entrance of our hotel. Great , air conditioned bus. Would recommend water shoes although can rent a pair for $5 . There is also additional $20 fee per person which I was told it was for like park entrance. They do send the link to psy up front or can be done on the bus. Experience has a lower level of fitness and can be done by pretty much everyone. Tube is big and stable, mostly easy floating , several low degree rapids , nothing major but so much fun. The whole river experience is about 1.5 -2 hrs, 30-40 min drive from Cairns to get there. Crew was amazing, I felt very safe at all times. Zach explained everything very clearly and easy to follow. If anyone needed help they were right on it. Would defiantly recommend.

Fun, relaxing, uplifting. The tour team were really friendly. The best afternoon for a light activity. Best bang for buck of the week.

River Tubing was more challenging than we expected. There is a real possibility of bumping your head (the helmets prevent too much damage) bumping your buns on the rocks in the River, and straining your body as you twist and turn on the tube. That said, it IS fun... exhilarating at times, peaceful at other times. Great for families. Our teenagers laughed almost the whole 1.5 hours of Tubing. But... the service was only so-so... the bus dropped us off beside the river and we sat under the sun for 15 mins while the crew got organised and there was a basic safety briefing ( nobody mentioned to watch out for the rocky parts and lift your bottom at those points so you dony bang your bum!). No facilities at the start or finish. We toweled off and changed clothes at the side of the bus. No drinks or snacks offered ( even bottled water or basic cookies). We have been on similar River rides before with a few more creature comforts. And the previous day we had been out to the reef and been much better looked after. PS: I asked about the " River levy" and was told the fee was because the river is part of a national park and it would go towards " upkeep of the river". When I asked why the river requires upkeep ( if there had been an amenities block or some sort of shelter at either end that might make sense), the reply was " I dont know. I just collect the money"! Thankfully, Mother Nature was kept this part of the river beautiful and just perfect for tourists to float along.

The tubes with the pillow on back are for bigger people. Small people will not be able reach the water to paddle

Lovely day out on the river. It was the perfect half-day activity. Tubing through the rainforest was therapeutic. Having the opportunity the get changed at the end was definitely a bonus. The guides were super friendly and helpful.

Highly recommend this company. Hailey, Gabrielle and Aaron made the day exceptional. Every moment was curated for fun, safety and guest experience. Easy check-in followed up with efficient departure made for a great vibe as we headed to the outer reef. Fantastic conversation and educational yet fun updates on all aspects of the reef and sea life. Never felt more safe on a tour. Hailey and Gabby were always alert of guests in the water but allowed for a great adventure. The team exudes care for the environment and their guests at every moment. Truly impressive. This was a bucket list experience that was made perfect. Thanks team.

As per my daughter It was the best experience of this school.
