My wife and I decided to try ebikes on a whim and couldn't have had a better time. Bud took great care of us as we walked right up and, following some short instructions, we were on the paths within minutes. The bikes were exceptionally simple to ride, and made going up and down the big hills of Sedona easy and so much fun. The recommended bike route was perfect and we able to see several things we wouldn't have been able to otherwise. We had such a great time! To make it even better, Bud had great recommendations for lunch afterwards.

As a group of 60-plus women who hadn't been on a bike in decades, signing up for a self-guided e-bike adventure in the Arizona desert was either a brilliant idea or a terrible one. Turns out, it was one of the highlights of our girls trip! The fun started before we even left the parking lot. The owner was fantastic and patiently walked us through how the e-bikes worked. Then came the practice laps... and that's where the real entertainment began. Watching a group of women rediscover biking after several decades was worth the price of admission alone. There may have been a few wobbles, some nervous laughter, and more than one "I've got this!" followed immediately by evidence to the contrary. After surviving our parking lot "training camp," we hit the trails and were off on our Arizona desert adventure. The e-bikes were easy to use and gave us just enough assistance to let us enjoy the scenery without requiring an ambulance at the finish line. The desert was absolutely beautiful, and there was something incredibly freeing about cruising through the landscape with friends, feeling like kids again, only with better judgment, reading glasses, and a stronger appreciation for comfortable seats. By the end of the ride, our confidence had skyrocketed. We went from cautiously circling a parking lot to feeling like members of a senior biker gang. The owner set us up for success, the bikes were awesome, and the self-guided format let us explore at our own pace while stopping for plenty of photos and laughs. If you're over 60, haven't touched a bike since the Reagan administration, and are wondering if you can do this, the answer is absolutely yes. Just don't be surprised if the practice laps become one of your favorite memories of the trip. We came for the desert adventure and left with great memories of our adventure. 🚴‍♀️😂🌵👯‍♀️🍷

Fantastic half day ebike rental. Bud walked us through using the bikes and the best route to see the sites. If you are looking for fun way to explore the erea without the hassle of traffic and parking, this is it! highly recommend EzRider!

My husband and I made a detour to Sedona on our way back from Tahoe and found the best bike shop EzRider. We got to spend about 3 hours biking the city and we had so much fun. The owner was super helpful and showed us all the best place to go. The bikes ran great. We highly recommend renting bikes here when you're in Arizona!

The owner, Bud, was super accommodating, insightful & helpful during our experience. He drew a map for us and it was very clear. He made sure we had the correct size bikes for our heights too! We got lost on a trail and he even came to pick us up! (This has nothing to do with his map).

We had a great time! The map was super easy to follow, and the scenery was amazing. I would absolutely recommend checking out the city on this tour.

The electric bikes were excellent. It is like riding a bike downhill the whole time. Sedona is beautiful and should be experienced outside of a car.

I had such a great experience with EZRider! Max was incredibly helpful from the very beginning. He took the time to make sure I was fitted with the right bike and that I felt comfortable before sending me off on my own Sedona adventure. What really stood out was how much time Max spent helping me plan my route. He gave me a map, great pointers on the best way to get around, and advice on how to maximize my time. He didn't just tell me where to bike—he explained which Red Rock locations were worth stopping at and what I could hike once I got there. His recommendations made it so easy for me to combine biking, sightseeing, and hiking and really make the most of the time I had in Sedona. **I also thought the price was awesome, especially for the experience and level of service I received.** The extra water and tote bag Max gave me made it feel like an even better value. The tote was much easier to access while riding than my backpack, and he even helped spray sunscreen on me where I couldn't reach—one of those little challenges when you're traveling solo! Those small gestures really stood out to me. It felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I was prepared, comfortable, and able to enjoy my adventure rather than simply handing me a bike and sending me on my way. And then August-Sedona weather decided to add a little adventure of its own! I got caught in a monsoon with heavy rain and hail and ended up taking shelter under a tree. I didn't feel comfortable riding the bike back in those conditions, so I reached out to them for help. What makes this even more impressive is that **they weren't getting any rain at their location just a few miles away!** On top of that, Max had a large group of kids there that he was busy getting fitted and set up for their ride. Rather than Max ignoring me because he was so busy, **he made sure I was taken care of and sent his wife/partner out to come get me from the tree I was sheltering under! ❤️** He was able to remain there helping the customers who needed him while still making sure I wasn't stranded out in a monsoon.
