We've taken our share of tour boat rides over the years, including many in St. Augustine area. The Red Boat Tour was one of the best we have ever experienced. No booming voice over loudspeakers, just a wonderful guide who stood in the center of us all and pointed out a few things and answered questions. Then the captain would shut off the motor and idle and everyone was quiet just enjoying nature. Saw lots of dolphin pods and a gorgeous sunset. Would do this again for sure.

Relaxing vibe
We took 2 boat tours and 2 kayak trips over the course of our 6 day St Aug/Jax area trip. This was our favorite! It was relaxing with a smaller group atmosphere. Dave and Roy were very friendly , outgoing, and made it a great experience. They showed us important sites, gave great information, took pictures, and genuinely acted like they cared we have fun. We went on a day that was family friendly despite being a couple because it was the only day it worked for us. There were not too many kids and it didn’t impact our experience. Definitely would do again. Lots of dolphin sightings.

The history about the St Augustine area was interesting and the views from the water nice. The other occupants and their drinking actually took away form our enjoyment. Diffidently an adult only experience.

Perfect way to end the day
Large, stable boat. Plenty of room to stand or sit. Open all around so photos are easy to take. A lot of fun for the small cost of the adventure.

Our cruise was canceled...
Our cruise was canceled hours before our cruise, it was a surprise for our wedding anniversary, had to find another cruise. Not Happy.

We completely understand the frustration of having your plans disrupted, especially when a cancellation happens so close to the scheduled departure. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and disappointment this caused.
Unfortunately, mechanical issues are an unavoidable part of operating a vessel and, despite our best efforts, they can happen from time to time. This was absolutely not a situation where we intended to cancel at the last minute. Our crew and mechanics were working tirelessly to get the boat back in working order and were doing everything possible to avoid canceling the tour. Unfortunately, we simply could not complete the necessary repairs safely and in time for the scheduled departure.
We know that doesn't make the cancellation any less frustrating, but we hope it provides some context. The safety of our guests and crew must always come first, and we would never put a boat on the water that wasn't operating properly.
We truly regret that we were unable to provide the experience you had planned and hope you'll consider giving Red Boat Tours another opportunity in the future.

Great Excursion!
The sunset cruise was amazing! We enjoyed an hour and a half on the water, saw a spectacular sunset and then eventually a full moon. Captain James was very entertaining and Dave took great care of us. Highly recommend this excursion.

St. Augustine Must-Do
My family and I had an amazing time on the Red Boat Cruise on the sunset cruise. Captain Dave and Roy were absolutely excellent—friendly, welcoming, and made the experience so much fun from start to finish.
The cruise was relaxing, entertaining, and a wonderful way to spend time together as a family. We truly enjoyed ourselves and made some great memories.
If you’re visiting the area or looking for something fun to do with family or friends, I highly recommend checking them out. You won’t regret it!
