Horrible. They will not drive unless you pay them the fee they make up. They claim it’s for tolls and gratuity even though on the booking it says it’s optional for tip and no tolls were taken at all. Nobody could really explain the reason for the fees. We played in advance so why pressure us to pay more? The reviews claim this happens a lot. Do not book them. Scammers.

Not that happy!!!!!
The driver was fine, however it seems to me that when you are making a pickup from the airport you should anticipate things like flight delays and baggage claim. I received several calls talking about extra charges because we were waiting for our bags. That kinda rubbed me the wrong way. They had my flight info and could easily see the things and anyone in this industry should know that baggage claim can be a nightmare sometimes. I tried this service to see if it was better than the ride shares. Next time I will take ride share.

Driver was very professional
Very good customer service. I got a call the day before on what to expect.
The only thing that was surprising was that it was actually $25.00 … for airport fees and tolls..? Huh?

Smooth airport pickup
Our driver was Omar. He was prompt, courteous and friendly. He was easily reached through the link provided and easily identified when picking us up. It was a very smooth process and enjoyable introduction to Baltimore.

Surprise charges
Was told the price of our pickup from the airport, which I paid online in advance. After we arrived at the airport and were waiting for the car, I was told there was an additional $12/person charge that had to be paid in cash. This info should’ve been provided in advance.

Our flight was 40 min...
Our flight was 40 min early, so I would have understood 40 min delay, but We had to wait more than 2 hours.
However the driver was friendly and professional

Driver Was the Best
Driver was excellent professional, friendly and very helpful. He realized we were starving and offered us snacks then got us to our late-night restaurant reservation on time.

Driver and vehicle was very nice...
<p>Driver and vehicle was very nice, but after paying 152.00 for the transfer, I was disappointed when I was informed a day before the transfer that I was obligated to pay an additional 35.00 for airport tax and toll fees. The additional charges where totally unexpected and unappreciated</p>

I called to confirm my reservation...
<p>I called to confirm my reservation before travel , was told there would be an additional 25.00 fee payable in cash to the driver. When I asked questions no one knew who imposed the fee, what it was for or anything else about the fee. I confirmed my reservation as per their instructions. Upon arrival at the airport, I phone their number, gave my reservation number and was told We are not picking you up and we no longer have a car for you. First I was told that I had called to confirm but was supposed to call back, then I was told I never confirmed. I told the gentleman on the phone I knew no one in DC and could they please send a car for me. He sounded like, he could not care less about my predicament and very much wanted to get me off the phone. They never sent a car for me. So if yo hire this company good luck to you, all I can say is very unprofessional.</p>

<p>Smooth transfer, very clean vehicle, driver polite. It was a good way to get to Washington DC hotel. There were 3 travelers so this was a good bargain for us.</p>
