The absolute best day in Tortola instead of doing a crowded cruise excursion. This was the highlight of our cruise for our group of 8. We arrived as one of the first boats to the baths and enjoyed hiking, swimming and taking pictures with just our group. The snorkeling was fantastic at both Norman Island to see the fish and Peter Island to see the turtles. Following all the fun activities we enjoyed our relaxation time at Jost Von Dyke. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again.
We did a half day private charter and could not have been more pleased with the experience! We were cruising with our 4 young adult children and they all said it was the best excursion we have ever done. Our cruise line changed our times in port but the tour operator was very accommodating and understanding and shifted the time for us. We were asked what we wanted to do and chose to visit the Virgin Gorda Baths and then a beach bar, and then went on a hunt to see sea turtles. It was absolutely gorgeous and an amazing family day.
10/10 experience! We had the absolute best time today. Everything was seamless. We couldn’t have asked for a better day. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an unforgettable day on the water!
What an amazing day!! We decided a few years ago to stop booking excursions through cruise ships because we wanted to experience something more!! It was the best decision and this excursion didn’t disappoint. Captain Stacy was so accommodating and wanted to show us so many amazing things because we were unsure. Even when the rebels in our group took off, Captain Stacy took it in stride. It was so appreciative!
What an amazing morning! We rented for half a day due to our early time for our cruise. Our captain took the time to go over what we wanted to see and suggested amazing places! Took us snorkeling with sea turtles, fish, reefs! And brought us to a wonderful place for lunch. Definitely would recommend and want to come back and do again :)
We had a blast! We went to the Baths and snorkeled in a secluded cove. Our captain was fantastic! It was so nice that they provided waters, beers and seltzers.
Baths is very nice but also very busy. Swimming from the boat to the beach was challenging for some in our group.
Right on time totally custom very friendly. I would definitely go with them again! One of the cleanest boats I’ve ever been on great stereo nothing to complain about because they were perfect! Probably would skip Cooper Island and go somewhere else next time, but the baths were incredible.
This group canceled on us at 10 pm the night before. We didn’t get the message until we were about to leave the next day. I wish they had called me. Luckily we somehow found a replacement tour for 9 people that exceeded our expectations.
We completely understand your disappointment, and please know that we were equally disappointed by the situation as well. Unfortunately, sometimes circumstances arise that are fully out of our control. In this case, we experienced unexpected issues, and for the safety of our guests and crew, we made the difficult decision to cancel the charter. We did message you the night before to explain the situation and kept communication open regarding what was happening. This is not something we take lightly, nor is it something that happens often. In fact, this is the first one-star review we have received, and it is based not on an actual experience aboard with us, but on an unfortunate situation that prevented the trip from happening. We also genuinely tried our best to accommodate your group by reaching out to reputable charter companies in hopes of securing another vessel for your trip. Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we were unsuccessful, and we communicated that to you as well. In addition, you were fully refunded immediately once the charter was canceled. Safety will always remain our top priority, even when it leads to difficult and disappointing decisions. While we understand your frustration, there truly was nothing more we could have done in this uncontrollable situation. That said, we are happy to hear that you were still able to enjoy the BVI, and we sincerely hope that one day you will return so we can provide you with the experience we are known for and make things right.
Anthony was our captain and was great. Only got to do a half day tour and wished it was a whole day. Much better than the crowded cruise excursions and was comparable in price. Would do again in a heartbeat. If had to describe in one word - Wonderful.
