Great Driver, but Viator is disappointing.
I am giving this company three stars and the driver five stars. The company quoted me a price and I paid to reserve the transfer and wrote very detailed description of our needs. Two days before pickup the driver said no way to the agreed price and charged an extra 50 Euros. I understand the extra cost bc of travel distance for driver. However, Viator should have assumed the price difference. Our driver was exceptional. would hire him again!
