It was only a big bus to transport you to and from the destination. No real guide or tour . Could have done this by myself

Aria is a very professional tour guide, She refund some fee because we overpaid tickets and explained to me why the ancient Great Wall part was cancelled. I highly recommend her service for any Beijing tours.

The reserve was for visiting "two different types of walls". When I arrived at the meeting place, I was told that the two walls were NOT available, that only one wall would be visited, and that there was NO refund. Finally, I made a single wall, and without any guide, that is, I did it alone, as the guide left with the group that performed other additional activities to pay an additional cost. The guide is called Evelyn. She tried to do her best (you can tell if she knows her job), but having 40 people alone... I think that makes the experience not suitable for a foreign visitor.

We understand how frustrating it must have been not being able to visit both sections of the Great Wall and the lack of a guide during the tour. Efficient and informative, will get you to the great wall and has many options of ways to climb the mountain that you can buy on the coach even if you've only prepaid to walk. Would recommend, Ding was a lovely tour guide and kept everyone updated and had a constant line of communication if needed.
