It’s was an ok experience! Nothing spectacular about it. The areas needs to be cleaned. We found a roach in the bathroom.

Great place for families! We really enjoyed the whole place. My kids favorite activity was definitely the ball pit.

Really disappointed. We drove 2hrs for this. Customer service at check in was horrendous. Everything was dirty. The photo opportunities were poorly lit and 2 were broken. The ball pit area was closed. The large ball room had 3 balls and one was popped. The balloon room was unsafe because the large amount of popped balloons being slung around were sticking to toddlers feet casing them to slide and fall. Spent $200 and drive time to hang out for 35min and were not allowed to go back in for additional photos when we realized we'd been through the entire "experience".

We paid $80+ to visit this experience, drive from an hour away. Arrived and checked in by the staff worth no mention of problems. Everywhere the experience and started seeing our if service signs for the main attraction (bubble room) as well as other parts of the experience that were broken or in disrepair.The place is also quite dirty. I tried to seek a refund but was denied. Enter at your own risk -- avoid our expensive mistake!

This place has the potential to be really neat, but there is still quite a bit of work that needs to be done. The overall experience could be improved with better cleanliness and customer service. There were several items, such as the 10-minute VR experience, that I felt should have been included rather than offered as an additional charge. Unfortunately, the facility itself appeared to be very dirty. The carpets are in need of a deep cleaning, and the restrooms were extremely dirty as well. They were also very dark, to the point that I had to use the flashlight on my phone just to see properly. With some improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and service, this place could provide a much better experience for guests.
