ピノ・ノワールを主体に植えられたマルヌ渓谷を経て、数分先のエペルネーの南にはシャンパーニュ・シャルドネ・グラン・クリュ王国と呼ばれる「コート・デ・ブラン」がある。 グラン・クリュはシャンパーニュ・アペラシオンの最高峰で、ブドウ畑を持つ数少ない村が保有し、ほとんどがエペルネー周辺にある。 この地域で最も有名なシャンパーニュを生産しています。 「コート・デ・ブラン」でのディスカバリーツアーでは、有名な村グラン・クリュであるクラマンとアヴィーズを通過します。 また、最大のボトル工場前、有名な「シャトー・ド・サラン」の近く、高級LVMHグループ（モエ・エ・シャンドン、ドン・ペリニヨン、ヴーヴ・クリコ、ルイナール、クリュッグ ... ） が最大の顧客やVIPを迎える超私有地、モエ・エ・シャンドンのシャンパン造りに特化した「モンタイグ・サイト」も通過します。
オジェは「コート・デ・ブラン」にあるもう一つの有名なグラン・クリュ村で、有名な「ブラン・ド・ブラン」100%のシャルドネ・グラン・クリュがあります。 ここは、1864年以来の一族の遺産である独立生産者/栽培者を訪ねる場所です。シャンパーニュ造りの過程の説明、プレス、ワイナリー、ワイン醸造所を見学します。 100％グラン・クリュのシャンパーニュを3種類テイスティングアドバイス付きでテイスティングし、ドサージュ、ブリュット、ヴィンテージ、さらにはオーク樽で熟成させたナチュラルシャンパーニュなど、さまざまなシャンパーニュを発見できます。 地元の人や目利きが好きなので、かなり機密性の高い住所で、知っているシャンパンメゾンの大物と並んで「本物のシャンパン」を発見するのに最適です。 希望者は、シャンパーニュのお店でシャンパーニュを買えるほか、シャンパーニュを訪れた際のお土産も！
ツアーでは、追加のテイスティングもお楽しみいただけます。1911年に作られた有名なAÿのゴヤード蒸留所にある3つの必須シャンパンアルコールと食前酒は、シャンパーニュ地方で最も古いものです。 最も有名なのは、13世紀からシャンパーニュ地方で生産されているラタフィア・シャンペノワである。 ラタフィアはシャンパーニュと同じブドウ品種から作られる甘口ワインで、食前酒、ダイジェスト、またはいくつかの料理と一緒に飲まれることが多い。 シャンパーニュ地方以外ではまだあまり知られていない宝物で、輸出もあまり多くないため、他に類を見ない幅広い味と香りをお楽しみいただけます。 きっとファンになるはず！ また、消化液として非常に人気のあるブランデーであるファイン・ド・ラ・マルヌやマルク・ド・シャンパーニュも発見するでしょう。 ※季節/天候により、エペルネー周辺または自家栽培のドメインで、ブドウ畑を一望しながら味わう特別テイスティングです。

We covered a lot of territory and went to a smaller Champagne house and Hautvillers to see the statue of Dom Perignon.
